Final asphalt paving on Caroline and Allen re-scheduled for June 11-13

Posted on Thursday June 08, 2017

Waterloo Region – GrandLinq has advised the Region of Waterloo that they have re-scheduled final asphalt paving operations on Caroline and Allen in UpTown Waterloo, June 11-13. The work, which was originally scheduled for June 6-7, was postponed earlier this week due to weather.

To minimize the impact on area businesses and residents, the work will be completed at night (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), with access reinstated during the day. A full closure of the road will be required overnight while paving operations take place.

This work is subject to construction constraints and weather conditions. Final asphalt cannot be placed in wet or humid weather.
